Guillaume MARCHAIS

Guillaume has founded in 2001 the law firm MARCHAIS & Associés, then called Marchais de Candé, to offer clients both advice and management of portfolios of marks and designs services as well as litigation services within the same structure.

He manages the firm with Emmanuelle and Philippe.

Guillaume assists and advises varied clients notably in the wine sand spirits sector.

He is a lecturer in wine marks and geographical indications at the University of Bordeaux (Master 2 of vine and wine law) and at the University of Burgundy (DU of vine and wine law)

He is a member of various professional associations including APRAM, AIDV/IWLA, ECTA and WI&NE Invest.
