Philippe MARTINI-BERTHON

Philippe started his career as an apprentice in the IP department of Louis Vuitton before joining Marchais & Associés in 2012 and becoming a partner in 2017.

His main activity is dedicated to IP judicial and administrative litigation, in France and at European level up to the Court of Justice. He also assists the firm’s clients upstream in defining and implementing strategies to protect their intangible assets, in France and abroad.

Philippe is a member of APRAM (Association of Trademark and Model Law Practitioners) and regularly attends international conferences bringing together IP players (INTA, ECTA, APAA).

He also teaches intellectual property law each year at the University of Lyon II as well as copyright and image rights as well as at the E-ARTSUP school in Paris.
